700 Shore Road, located in Long Beach, NY is a gorgeous property that encompasses the majority of its views towards the vast ocean. The street facade hides the interior courtyard and pool area. Although due to heavy weathering and the proximity of the building to the ocean, the building required extensive repairs to the majority of the existing balconies. STONE scoped the rehabilitation of the existing balconies and replacement of existing railings with new for a completely modern look to the existing facade.
