STONE observed that the building's concrete eyborws were cracked, exhibited missing sections of concrete, and spalling of steel beneath. The scope of work presented to the building allowed us to restore all the concrete eyeborws to a brand new condition, bright, and safe from any future issues

STONE replaced the existing coping stones and installed gorgeous top mount railings to accent the bright coping stones atop the building public terrace

The underside of the existing balconies of the building exhibited aging and cracking concrete with old lighting and its heavy existing appeal. STONE brightened up the underside of the balconies, repairing, recoating, and installing a new lighting system on all balconies throughout the building. 

STONE continued the repairs to the topside of the balconies, relieving them of their heavy and bulky retaining masonry walls and creating a curb. all drains were replaced and the deck was coated with a traffic coating for duabiltiy and long lasting life. 

Post removal of the existing bulky, balcony retaining wall, STONE installed white, transparent glass railings at all baclonies throughout the building. After installation, the building appearance became lighter and more transparent with the surrounding neighborhood.
