After entering the narrow building entrance way, the entrance way opens up to an expansive courtyard that houses the entrance proper to 23 Waverly residencies. STONE worked closely with management to propose a new structural deck system with newly poured concrete in preparation for the proposed redesign of the existing courtyard. Redesign includes rehabilitation of existing egress methods to access the building and street, new planters, furniture, and accent lighting to accentuate the newly rehabilitated courtyard area.
