STONE replaced all damaged decorative stone headers at the street facing facade of the building the building its shine
STONE carefully replaced all damaged masonry at the building while retaining any patterns, configurations, and existing aesthetic as closely as possible.
STONE discovered the existing rear pritave terrace was in dire need of repairs. With repairs and rehabililtation completed, the railings looked like new and balcony deck, newly resurfaced to last for another decade of use.
STONE replicated the existing masonry facade and paid special attention to achieve the thinner masonry pointing course to match the adjacent existing conditions for a seamless fit
Issues to the stone headers did not abstain to reach the rear of the building. STONE once again, replicated eisting historic brownstone conditions with matching stone headers that were originally installed, giving a perfect contrast to the brick sourrounding the stone.
Upon reaching the roof level, STONE observed that the bulkhead stucco exhibited aging, cracking in various areas, and a weathered look. The scope of work consisted of stucco replacement at the bulkhead, giving it a new face and a different appeal
