STONE scoped the installation of new decorative decorative limestone facade along the first floor base of the building to contrast the dark masonry above.
STONE also took into consideration the entry point to the building, replacing the existing canopy with new and limestone banding to match the facade stone.
STONE scoped the base of the building facade to include a granite bullnose base traveling across the entirety of the limestone facade, all the way to the planters, cladding the entire planters in a gorgeous dark brown granite stone.
STONE also took into consideration of the existing lighting that was not capable of providing enough light to draw attention to the building facade. STONE replaced and installed additional, new, modern lighting to accent the new stone facade. New, modern building signage was installed as well.
